Fintegrity Financial Solutions provides accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and fractional CFO services to businesses and individuals in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and surrounding Eastern Iowa communities. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Accounting and bookkeeping services
- Tax preparation and filing
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Fractional CFO services
- Cash management and budgeting
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to cooperate with us in providing necessary documentation, records, and information required to complete the services. Failure to provide required information may result in delays or inability to complete services.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services will be agreed upon in writing before services commence. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or service suspension.
Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of financial information and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintegrity Financial Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Professional Standards
We maintain professional standards in accordance with applicable accounting and tax preparation regulations. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results, and you acknowledge that financial and tax matters involve inherent risks and uncertainties.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
